PROJECT MANAGER (SILANE)
Hands on experience in silane technology process. Experience with pneumatic powder conveying system,
DCS/experion/ CL code. Demonstrated capability with HAZOP/FMEA and What If analysis in hazardous solids
centric 3 phase flow process is required. Proven record of performing root cause analyses using fish bone / 5Y analysis
and 8D investigation, is required. Experience with debottlenecking, OEE improvements and cycle time reduction in silane
processes through execution of projects is required. Must have six sigma black belt training and proficiency with MINITAB
software.
Require Masters in Chemical Engineering, or related, & 3 year experience.
